Java Pro Academy Course Access Terms of Use
Access to Our Service
Java Pro Academy is a course platform that provides access to Java programming courses and educational content over the Internet.
We offer multiple course options and subscription plans, each with differing features.
We offer various billing periods including one-time purchases, monthly subscriptions, and annual subscriptions.
To access the service, you need to pay the course fee or subscription fee applicable to the course or plan you choose.

Billing and Cancellation
To pay the course fee or subscription fee applicable to your chosen course or plan, you must provide us with one or more Payment Methods.
"Payment Method" means a current, valid, accepted method of payment, as may be updated from time to time.
The subscription fee for Java Pro Academy will be charged to your Payment Method on the specific billing date indicated on your "Account" page.
Unless you pause or cancel your subscription before your next billing date, you authorize us to charge the subscription fee for the next billing cycle to your Payment Method.
If a payment is not successfully settled, due to expiration, insufficient funds, or otherwise, and you do not cancel your account, we may suspend your access until we have successfully charged a valid Payment Method.
You can suspend or cancel your subscription at any time. You will continue to have access to the service through the end of your billing period. Payments are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for any partial subscription periods.
We may change our course offerings, subscription plans, and the price of our service from time to time; however, any price changes or changes to your subscription plans will apply no earlier than 30 days following notice to you.
Course Materials and Resources
Some courses and plans include downloadable resources, code files, and supplementary materials to download and keep. You become entitled to these materials when we have successfully charged a valid Payment Method for the relevant course or billing period.
Course materials are provided on the terms contained within our Course License, full details of which are available at https://www.javapro.academy/course-license. This License Agreement permits you to use the course materials for your personal use only.
You must download any course materials included within your plan prior to the end of your access period or the end of the billing period in which you cancel your subscription if earlier.
Intellectual Property Protection
Java Pro Academy content provided through our course platform is owned by Java Pro Academy and is protected by United States and international copyright and other intellectual property laws. Java Pro Academy reserves all rights in the content not expressly granted herein.
You agree not to archive, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, publish, license, create derivative works from, offer for sale, or use content and information contained on or obtained from or through our service for commercial purposes or distribution to others.
Passwords and Account Access
Access to the service is personal to you and is non-transferable.
You may access the account from a maximum of five devices. Should we believe that the account is being accessed from more than five devices or that the password and access is being shared amongst multiple users, we may place your account on hold until such time as we can determine that these terms are being adhered to.
To maintain control over the account and to prevent anyone from accessing the account, you should maintain control over devices that are used to access the service and not reveal the password or details of the Payment Method associated with the account to anyone.
You are responsible for updating and maintaining the accuracy of the information you provide to us relating to your account.
We reserve the right to terminate your account or place your account on hold to protect you and ourselves from non-compliance with these terms, identity theft or other fraudulent or inappropriate activity.
